Project Sharing

Introduction

You may grant editing rights to projects by sharing them with other users

Who can access this area

You will need to be the named project owner, or have existing editing rights to be able to share a project with another user

How do I share a project with another user

Navigate to the project in question (edit screen) and view the sharing feature below the map

To share a project with another user in your business, enter the first few letters of their name and select from the list. You may only grant editing rights to users from your organisation who have activated their accounts.      

Once shared, users will have full access to the project, being able to create tenders and EOIs as well as make awards & edit associated information.
