Introduction
You can use the Local Supply Chain platform to share details of your future pipeline projects with Suppliers. Only projects saved with the status of 'pipeline' will be shared to all suppliers on the platform.
Who can access this area?
All users from your organisation can access the Pipeline by selecting Projects/Pipeline from the left hand menu, change the view to everyone to see the pipeline across your organisation.
How does the Pipeline feature work?
Projects with a status set to Pipeline are visible to suppliers on LSC, who may take an interest and 'watch' your projects. You can view who is watching your pipeline project by going to the project and selecting market then pipeline
Note: If the project is delayed or paused you can set the status to ‘on hold’. If you lose the project, you can set it to lost, this way you can come back to it if you start the project back up
You may restrict the suppliers who can view your pipeline by using the 'visibility' setting on the project edit screen. Once set, only suppliers with the selected labels may view your projects (therefore you may restrict visibility to your 'approved' suppliers only for example).
Lastly, projects with a status of 'pipeline' will be automatically updated to 'tender' upon creation of an EOI or Enquiry.
