Creating an Expression of Interest (EOI)

Introduction

An Expression of Interest (EOI) is generally used as an engagement tool for the project, to help find suppliers wanting to work on the project and offer pricing

Its fast and easy to set up a single or multiple EOIs

Once you have set up your project by going to the ‘project’ tab and selecting +new project you will see the below

Who can access this area

You can access the EOI tool on any project where you have editing rights.

Some useful background information 

The creation of an EOI, Enquiry & Award follows the same basic process on LSC, which is supported by the use of a 3 step wizard. 

Step 1) Select +EOI/+ITT/+Award depending on what you wish to send

Step 2) Configure EOI/ITT 

Step 3) Configure Process

Once you have mastered the three steps, all types of procurements follow the same process.

How do I create an Expression of Interest

Follow the steps below to create an EOI manually, 

1) Navigate to your desired project and select '+EOI 

2) Select your desired Trade for the EOI

3) Configure you EOI by selecting the radius (in miles) from the project to include suppliers as well as how long this EOI will stay live

Once you are happy select the orange 'Create EOI' button to make the package live

You will then be taken to the project page where you will see the live EOI and who has shown interest

Note: You can create multiple EOI packages in one time and make them live at the same time.
