Introduction
When a deadline passes for an enquiry then it is ready to be awarded or resubmitted at contract stage.
You will see the package have the below option as well as being alerted for action to be taken

All users may view these enquiries. Only users with editing rights may make changes.
What should I do when an 'Enquiry' passes it's deadline
By the time an 'Enquiry' passes the deadline you should have received proposals back from Suppliers for evaluation.
Clicking in the work package you will have a back history of each supplier
You can see if they have downloaded the documents and which ones, if they have thumps upped the enquiry and their proposal on the far right
Now have two possible options regarding the 'Enquiry':
1) You can elect to close the 'Enquiry' and make an Award to a supplier.
2) If your Enquiry was issued at 'Tender' stage, then you may re-issue the Enquiry at Contract stage.
