When you have received an ITT from one of our buyers and you are having difficulties in viewing the ITT and/or downloading the documents, please try any or all of the following steps:
1. Try a different Web Browser, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, FireFox Etc.
2. Open a 'New Incognito Window'.
3. Ask a colleague (another user) to see if they can open the ITT on their computer.
4. Please visit whatismybrowser.com to obtain your Web Browser's unique URL.
Once you have this information please contact our Support Team at Support@localsupplychain.co.uk so they can investigate this further for you.
