Why does my account need to be approved by an Administrator?

Have you tried logging into your account and received this message?

'Your account request is awaiting approval from an administrator, until they approve your request you will not be allowed to sign in'.

Your account will need to be verified by the administrator, this is to confirm that you are who you say you are and provides an extra layer of security for your Local Supply Chain account.

Please note; Your administrator will be the person who originally registered your company on the Portal.

If you see this message and do not know who your administrator is, please contact our support team and we can look into this for you.
