Introduction

As you start to use the LSC portal and engage with suppliers', data will be captured on how much you use a supplier, how dependent they become on you, how many EOIs/Enquires you send and they answer.

How do I view Procurement Statistics?

To view Procurement statistics, first find your supplier by using the Supply chain search page

What are the Statistics telling me?

The statistics show:

1) Supplier profile: RED, AMBER, GREEN

2) Expression of Interest: Data on how many times the supplier has received & responded to EOIs issued by your organisation.

3) Enquiry (Tender Stage): Data on how many times the supplier has received & responded to Enquiries (at estimating stage) issued by your organisation.

4) Enquiry (Contract Stage): Data on how many times the supplier has received & responded to Enquiries (at contract stage) issued by your organisation.

5) Awards: Number of awards made to the supplier (from across your business) together with the total value awarded to them.
