Release Notes: Jul 2022

July 2022 

It's been a hot summer so far for our team at LSC, and we've released a new version of LSC for all our users. As always please report anything strange with our Helpdesk ( tel: [phone] [e-mail]): 

A full breakdown for this release is as follows: 

• Project Sharing: ability to share project and workpackage details (including documents) with Clients and 3rd party cost consultants. Please contact our helpdesk for more guidance on this area. 
• Procurement Summary: ee've including some additional fields to this report
• Performance scoring: ability to include a final score question eg "would you recommend this sub contractor Yes / No" 
• Award status/value now included on the procurement export and enquiry summary
• Supplier export (when label applied) now includes insurance information 
• Enquiry Summary: ability to accept / decline the supplier reponse 
• Supply Chain: ability to search for temporary suppliers and include label to export
• Allow admins / editors and project owners to delete workpackages when at draft
• Additional Civil trades added to the list 
• Framework: ability to include a non-registered organisation to a framework
• Cost Plan: visibility of proposals now managed by governance role only
