We've spent the last few months working on a major new capability, we understand how important cyber security and confidentiality are for your business and for certain projects you might working on. With this in mind, we have developed several features that can restrict the visibility of projects to a 'need to know' basis. Once enabled, this will lock the project down and introduce a stricter process for managing project information (This capability is not deployed by default, however, please contact us should your business be interested in finding out more).
Besides the above, our release also has the following enhancements:
- Supplier labels - These will now pull through to the ITT Wizard when you add a new supplier.
- Amendments - You can now click on the work package title or use the tick box to move them across for selection.
- Document Folders - Duplicate names will now be loaded into the folder structure, and a small bug relating to the selection/deselection of documents has now been fixed.
- Project Details - A change has been made so if you need to amend the client organisation/client contact box, this can be done.
- 'Protected' Supplier Labels - An organisation administrator can now protect a label from deletion/editing. Contact the Support Team to help configure your labels. (The default is set as unprotected).
- Subcontractors have better access to Trades/Services/Civil Services when registering their account, we have also implemented better wording for their understanding.
- Minor bugs fixes.
As always please report anything strange with our Helpdesk on Tel: 0800 1976958 or email support@localsupplychain.co.uk
