Release Notes: Feb 2022

A busy time for our team. Please find below the list of enhancements now released to the LSC live environment. We are particularly proud of our new performance management tool which you will find as a new tab when visiting a project.

A full breakdown for this release is as follows: 

• Project team (your team of experts) whether internally or externally. 

External team members/users can now be added. To share externally you will need the ‘Governance Role’ for this, please contact our support team. 

Internal team members can be added, giving your colleagues read only rights without the hassle of all email notifications.  

Editing - If you need a colleague to edit your project, then please add them as an editor at project level as normal. Both options always appear on your colleagues ‘Shared Dashboard’. 

• Subcontractor Profile now appears in your award screen, this can help with additional checks before making your awards. 
• New Framework setting to allow the manual addition of new suppliers. 
• Enquiry Summary enhancements, now includes draft tenders, add date, sent column, add proposal received yes/no, status column (sent, no response, accepted, declined & draft) 
• Performance can now be scheduled at a project level, allowing multiple performance instances to be completed at the same time.
