Release Notes: Sept 2021

September 2021 

OK, we've been really busy over here tweaking some things too small to notice or too difficult to explain!  What a great way to say that our team have been really busy doing loads of things behind the scenes, but for you as fantastic users - there's very little for you to see or do when you next login. 

A full breakdown for this release is as follows:

• Performance-related enhancements include Performance score descriptions, conditional formatting - (make comments mandatory for a review of less than 2 stars) & export on a large number of suppliers.
  • The ability for a performance review to be sent and completed via a link on e-mail so users do not have to login to the platform.
  • Weekly performance email updated to include list of late and active tasks. 
• Supplier proposals, you can now download all proposals at once including the enquiry letter or individually for each work package on a project.
• Handover documents button now visible for the project and/or each package (Generates a zip with folders per package containing the enquiry letter and document list).
• New governance role, to allow sharing of Package Review data with clients. This new role is so important that it can only be assigned by our LSC helpdesk, and we will seek approvals prior to pressing the buttons to make it happen. 
• Package Review (Cost Plan) – Introduction of a new drop-down "Share Proposals" to toggle proposal visibility when shared with Clients.
• Procurement rules can now be set at organisation level, and become default settings for each new project.
• Enquiry notification emails will now go to the project owner and all project editors –includes Clarifications / Proposal declined by supplier / Uploaded proposals by supplier.
• Supplier Nudge function will remain if a supplier has accepted but not uploaded a proposal
• Client view of enquiry now includes which suppliers have been engaged at EOI/ITT stage and their response (accept/decline/no response)
