The Local Supply Chain platform is continually evolving with new features, security updates and bug fixes being released on a regular basis.
Please find below key enhancements for this release:
- Project Maps including the ability to filter work packages
- Amendments, supplier now has a ‘download all’ function
- 3 day Enquiry reminder email to all suppliers invited to Tender
- Performance email, reminds users of Active/Due now, Late and ones due this week (not yet enabled)
- Labels, additional colors added to the chart to allow for more labelling
- Change of terminology around ‘accreditation’s’ now to be known as ‘Memberships’
- Supplier Stats, now always visible on viewing a Supplier
- Performance, low score warning alerts (This can be pre-set against questions on the performance template, please discuss with Support if this is of interest)
- Nudge supplier, resend enquiry email to contacts and temporary contacts (located in enquiry summary)
- Creating Ad-Hoc work packages – new drop down created ‘Categories’ & ‘Type’ (These must be selected when creating an Ad-Hoc package)
- Organisation Administrators now have the ability to amend an EOI close date
- Change to work package list, now to include all trades/services
- Frameworks – now live (please talk to your account manager regarding this module)
