Release Notes: November 2018

The Local Supply Chain platform is continually evolving with new features, security updates and bug fixes being released on a regular basis.

Please find below key enhancements for this release:

Performance, you can now create instance without linking it to a Work Package or Award (This allows for back dating accounts).

Subcontractor Engagement Map view, now available on projects.

You now have the ability to turn off the Award emails. Select yes/no to allow the email to be sent or not sent. This allows the system to be populated with old data without notifying the Subcontractor of the old awards (less confusion).

Work Package Type/Category, further classification of Work Packages by Categories (subcontractor, consultant, material) and Type (Supply & Fix, Design, Supply & Fix, Design, Supply Only) etc.

Ability to add notes to Subcontractors, all users can create ‘my notes’ which will be visible to themselves and administrators. Administrators can create ‘Internal Notes’ which are visible to all users. Administrators can also update and edit others peoples notes as required.

Business Units can now be configured for your business. Once configured projects can be linked to your business units, this will include all subsequent procurement's and performance information. (For further information please contact support).

Optimization of Supplier statistics which will now display faster.
