Release Notes: Mar 2021

March 2021 

Another lockdown...so many teams meetings!! Like most others, our whole team is 'locked down' at home with many of us waiting for the vaccine and brighter times for the world. We class ourselves as very lucky by the fact that our business is practically all online, and that we can continue to offer our services to Clients during this difficult time.  

Over the last few months, our development team have been very busy coding lots of 'juicy' enhancements and new features to the platform, which we believe you will like very much.  We are particularly proud of the improvements surrounding the tracking and management of enquiries that are sent to contractors. This will make life easier for everyone using this area. 

It's also great to see so many new users gaining access to the LSC platform during January - with 1,700 new accounts being created during the month - this beats our previous records and gets us off to a great start for 2021. So a big thank you to all our customers (new and old) for all your support during these difficult times. Please do let us know if there are any areas that you would like us to look at or improve, and we will do our level best to review these with you and look to incorporate them within our future development roadmap.

Our team are very good at what they do and we spend many hours, days and weeks thoroughly checking and re-checking everything within the release to ensure it is 'spot on' for our users. However, no one is perfect and we ask that you report anything unusual - no matter how small. This really helps us improve our service and the platform for the 20,000+ users that now use LSC on a regular basis :-)

• Framework supplier application: Maximum number of categories applied for can now be set. 
• Suppliers can now reapply to a framework once previously declined
• Ability to e-mail framework application notes
