Release Notes: March 2020

OK, this was a big release for us. Lots of improvements and enhancements across the platform.  We have improved the way supplier contacts are handled (click on a supplier profile and scroll down to manage these), improvements to project documents and a fair bit around frameworks.  As always please let us know what you think and keep those ideas coming across .... thank you, Richard

A Full breakdown as follows (please feel free to call us for a 'guided tour' of changes):

• Project Documents:
  • Enhancements to the way documents are displayed and managed
• Expression of Interest: 
  • Ability to select 'all' when a label is applied
  • Default set to 14 days
  • Now warns when an EOI has no matches when selecting the mile radius
  • Ability to re-open an EOI that has closed 
  • Exclude suppliers now simpler with a tick box
• Supplier Profile:
  • Supplier Contacts (Users) now displayed
  • Additional contacts: include other contacts you have for EOIs / ITTs
• Frameworks:
  • Direct Award now available
  • Now available for buyers as part of the EOI & ITT creation Wizzard
• Labels:
  • Hover to see expiry date
• Amendments:
  • When viewing a work package,  amendments now appears at the top
• ITT Wizzard:
  • Suppliers who have expressed an interest are automatically selected
• Supplier Portal:
  • Enhancement to the way EOIs and ITTs are listed
