Multi Factor Authentication (MFA/2FA)

Local Supply Chain supports Multi Factor Authentication (MFA).

MFA prevents unauthorised users from accessing accounts with passwords alone.

To have this enabled on your account please get in touch with our support team.

Note: Sub contractor accounts will already have this enabled when a user is moved into an Administrator role.

Process:

• Visit the sign in page and enter your username and password

• When the Login button is pressed the system will email a numeric code to your registered email address.
• This code is valid for 5 minutes and is entered on the following screen:

• enter the code and click continue
• if the credentials match then you will be redirected into the system - Incorrect attempts will require the process to begin from the beginning
