Introduction
The Compliance Module was created for you to easily manage risk across your supply chain when it comes to monitoring suppliers insurances. There are three sections to the Compliance module. The Dashboard, Insurance Monitor and the Insurance list. Please see below for a break down of each.
Who can access this area ?
In order to access the Compliance module you will need the License and have the compliance manager role.
Dashboard
The Dashboard tab will only show data like the below once you have enabled the tracking of insurances from the Insurance Monitor tab.
You are able to filter the search by: Labels or by a Framework. On the 'Insurance compliance status box' you can view the status of all insurance forms. Selecting the New record for example will show all the new insurances needing to be reviewed.
Insurance Monitor
The insurance monitor is where you can choose which insurance documents you wish to monitor.
At the top you have filter options to refine your search, for example, a certain license or insurance document. You can also search for a specific supplier.
Once you found which suppliers you wish to monitor, you can turn on tracking for individual insurances by selecting the green yes toggle.
If you wish to turn on tracking for all insurances for one supplier you can select the horizontal 'enable all' button.
If you want to turn on tracking for a certain insurances but across multiple suppliers, you can select the vertical 'bulk monitor' button.
Insurance List
The Insurance list will show all suppliers whose insurances you are tracking. The filter section will allow you to search for a specific insurance or different statuses, for example, approved, rejected or achieved insurances.
Selecting the 'view' button will open the reviewing screen.
New Record
When you have a new record to review, you can find it by either the Dashboard and selecting 'New Record' or by the searching for the supplier in the Insurance List.
Once you have found the new record, it will show like the below.
You are able to enter the insurers name. A policy number. Any comments you need to make (these will be internal and not visible to the supplier) and restrictions .
Once you have reviewed the insurance documents you can decide whether to Approve/Reject or Archive the insurance in the blue box. Rejecting will give the below box where you can give feedback notes to the supplier.
If you accidently Archive the insurance. Please contact support where they can unarchive the insurance for you Support@localsupplychain.co.uk
