Introduction
The performance review is how you score suppliers after they have completed work on site. You have two ways to create a performance review. You can create it from the project page where you can include all suppliers in that package or you can go to a suppliers page and create one specific to that supplier. Both are explained below, its quick and easy to set up, but if you have any further questions please feel free to contact our support desk at Support@localsupplychain.co.uk.
Who can access this section ?
Unless you have the admin role you can only see the performance scoring you have created.
Creating a Performance schedule on a project
Go to your project page and select the 'performance tab'. Then select '+new schedule' you will see the below
On the left you can give the schedule a specific name. Select a performance template. the person creating the performance will automatically become the owner, but you are able to edit this. On the right is where you can create a schedule, there are pre-selected schedules of 12 months/Quarterly and a blank +new.
At the bottom you can select which work packages you wish to include in the performance scoring.
Creating a performance review on the suppliers profile
Go to the supplier's tab on the navigation panel and find the supplier you wish to create the scoring for. Once you have found the supplier, select the logo next to the company name, this will either look like the LSC Logo or three bars. On this, select performance.
Once the Performance page has loaded you will be able to select which performance scoring sheet you wish to send and if you have the correct role, you can change who scores it
On the right you can either send the scoring instantly or create a schedule, either schedule one for the future or create several by using the plus button.
