Dashboard

Introduction

Your dashboard provides an overview of your activities on LSC and contains links to various areas of the site to aid navigation. Information is provided from across projects and enquiries along with a local spend chart containing latest statistics. 

Dashboard View

Three views of your dashboard are available (see top right of the screen):

• 'Me' - uses information from your projects & enquiries.
• 'Shared' - uses information from projects & enquiries shared with you.
• 'Everyone' - provides a view across your organisation.

Projects (left hand side)

Provides an overview of projects for your chosen view. The screen displays the number of projects at Pipeline, Tender, Contract and on hold with a map view to display all projects

Procurements (middle side)

Displays a summary of Enquiries for your chosen view. Five sections are summarised as follows:

EOI (In Progress): Shows number of Expressions of Interests that are currently in progress, together with a count of the ones that are due to close within 7 days.

EOI (Now Closed, Action Required): Shows number of Expressions of Interests that have closed and ready for you to select suppliers for the enquiry stage

Enquiries (In Progress): Shows the number of Enquiries that are currently in progress, together with a count of the ones that are due to close within 7 days.

Enquiries (Now Closed, Action Required): Shows the number of Enquiries where the deadline for proposals from suppliers has past

Awards (In Progress, Action Required): Shows records where the award process has started and requires your action to complete the process

Award (Your awards so far): Shows a 12 month total number of Awards made along with the total value. This information is used to calculate values on the Local Spend chart

Performance (Right hand side)

Provides a total of performance scoring which is due now and those scorings that are late. Underneath you have a list of performance scorings that need completing. You can select this section and it will tak you to the main performance page.

Local spend

This pie chart calculates how close the suppliers/trades people etc. you gave an intent to award to are to the project. This is calculated as the local spend with a breakdown of 10 to 60 miles to the project

Supply Chain

This shows a breakdown of the different profiles on LSC and a total value of awards made to them, this can be switched from a 12 month view to a total view.
