LSC runs on the Microsoft Azure cloud network, it is usually very fast and incredibly reliable. However, like all things that use the internet it can go wrong from time to time.
When things go wrong, we are pretty good at getting it going again - and this shouldn't take long at all.

16th September 2018 Partial loss of service
One of our servers has suffered a disc failure, affecting the 'form' based functionality of the LSC system. All other functionality remains operational and our engineers are resolving the issue as fast as possible.
- Partial services restored 6pm 17th September
- Full services restored 19th September
15th May 2018 Loss of network connectivity
The Firefly application was down periodically throughout the night and the development team were alerted to this but due to the time of the alerts, it was not picked up until early the following morning, by which time our engineers had started their actions and restored the service.
